Cancelation Policy: Please note that cancellations that are not made more than 24 hours in advance will be charged a $75 cancellation fee if the appointment is not filled.
New Kitten Owners: If you are scheduling an appointment for a newly adopted kitten that has not yet been fixed, please note that we are referring spay and neuter procedures out to other clinics.
•If you are new to City Cat Veterinary Clinic, please fill out a "New Client Form" for yourself and a "New Patient Form" for each cat we are seeing. Both forms can be found below.
•In addition, please contact your previous veterinarian and request that the records are emailed to citycatmobilevet@yahoo.com before your appointment.
• When you've submitted both forms, you can book an appointment on our calendar here. New clients will be charged $45 for a chart setup fee at their first appointment.
