My cats were happy!
I was very happy with my choice to do a mobile vet. My cats were interested to visit and less stressed. They were caring and genuinely love cats! Price was reasonable and no hidden costs. I even got my prescription for my cat's tail infection during the visit!

They are great!

Great service
I was so impressed with the City Cat Mobile Vet. Service. It was very simple to input all of my information to set up the appointment. My cats normally freak out about shots but both the Vet. and her Vet. Tech. were so calm and in tune with my two cats. They even gave my kitties a toy mouse. I loved the service and would recommend it to all my friends.

This vet visit was stress free, whereas getting the cat to the vets is usually a terrible ordeal both for him and me. I liked having the exam in my house, not only cause my cat didn't have to freak out quite as much (of course he still didn't like being examined!) and in addition everything was so focused on my cat and me....no outside distractions, no waiting alone for info...The vet was very knowledgable about cat food; we looked through my supply and she taught me what to look for in ingreds

Dr. Castor and her assistant were excellent. They provided great care for my cats who are ordinarily quite skittish. The price of the house call is well worth it.

Excellent service!
City Cat Mobile Vet is great! It costs only a bit more than my old vet, but is way less stressful for both me and my cat. Dr. Castor and her tech were really calm quiet people and did a great job examining my cat, taking a urine sample, and educating me on some things I didn't know about. They didn't rush and were not all pushy like my other vet. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

Mobile Cat City Vet is great
I like Aimee the vet, she's very easy with the cats and the cats aren't stressed by having to go in the carrier and the car. Aimee is a little more expensive than other vets, but it's worth it when the cats can stay at home. Plus we can get all 4 cats examined at the same time (when we can find them, that is), very handy!

Excellent care!
This is my 3rd year with Dr. Castor and I couldn't be happier. She is so thorough and gentle with my very nervous cat. She and her technician answered my questions thoughtfully and I hope I never have to go back to taking my cat to another vet.

Aimee and Morgan came to our house, sat down on the floor and our cats came to them. It was painless for all. Aimee dropped us a line w/the lab work results. The cost was competitive with a brick & mortar vet. We will call them back.

Top notch Service
Our family had not used the City Cat Mobile Vet Service before, but we were really impressed. They provided great customer service such as being on time, professional, knowledgeable. But, what really impressed us was how they handled a very difficult situation with our elderly cat and frankly us. They talked with us and helped us make the best decision for our cat without pressure or judgement. I would strongly recommend Dr Castor and her team.

The Best!!
I choose to not have a car so City Cat Mobile made sense. Amy and her and crew are first rate. She went over diet issues with my older guys which has helped and I have in turn shared these with friends with positive results. They handled my Cats with care as if they were their own and I have to say I do not have to go thru the stress with them of carting them to a Vet somehow, Price wise in talking with friends that use other storefront Vets, the same, Im giving em six stars!

As far as vets go, City Cat Mobile was extremely informative. They provided the most attentive and specialized service I have ever experienced. My cats were very comfortable with the staff and treatment. They will look forward to the next visit!

Amy & Morgan are great. They spent an hour with our cat, and gave me a lot of information on cat health/diet, and took the time to make sure I knew my options for which vaccines to use. They handled our normally shy cat with grace & administered the shots and tests so effectively that the cat was practically unaffected. Can't believe they could get those vaccines injected so easily. And you can see that they really love cats and paid attention to our cat's history and personality. Excellent vets

Very professional, very caring
Aimee and Morgan were both extremely professional and very gentle with my aged cat, all the while being very patient with my two kittens who were digging into their bags and being generally in the way. All in all, very much worth the cost (which didn't seem like much) to have my cats treated in a familiar and non-threatening environment.

Doctor Castor and her assistant Morgan are awesome!!
I dread the thought of having to taking my 16 yr old cat to the vet. So when I realized he was itching a lot, had scabs around his neck and tail I knew I had to do something. I found Doctor Castor online. Making the appmt. was so easy. After arriving she quickly set to work. She was calming and quiet along with her assistant Morgan who had a firm grasp of him while they gave him a once over. She even drew blood. It all went without a hitch. Doc. Castor is fantastic.She's now my new vet. A+++

Bearing catnip fish toys and a calm, relaxed manner, Dr. Amy Castor and her wonderful assistant helped get Lucky certified for his upcoming plane ride. I couldn't have been more pleased with the ease of online appointment booking, the timeliness and enroute call and best of all, Lucky wasn't traumatized too too much. Thanks!

I wasn't sure what to expect, since these kittens are the first cats I have ever had, but Dr. Castor and her assistant were extremely kind, friendly, welcoming, and happy to share their knowledge to help me care for my kittens correctly. They were careful, patient, and gentle with my kittens. They were really easy to work with and adapted to the setting of my house (a bit cramped and messy at the time) and were able to distract and entice my kittens with cute little toys :)

LOVE Dr. Castor and her assistant. They managed my very terrified kitten with patience and gentleness, and left toys and treats for him (and his mellower brother) when they were done. They also had no problem with conducting the appointment on the floor, since my tiny studio doesn't really have any other place in which to inspect a kitty. Highly, highly recommend - especially if you have a cat like mine, who would be utterly traumatized by a standard vet experience.

Whew - It's Over!!
I remain very grateful to Dr. Castor and her assistant for how beautifullly they handled Aby (she was pretty upset) and how they handled me as well - I was scared too!! They made both of us comfortable and now I'm secure in knowing Aby won't have to go in her carrier ever again. Thank you!!!

Yay! for not going to the vet
We had a scheduling mix up, but when notified she came right out. Aimee was very kind and understanding dealing with my cranky cat. She adjusted her visit to deal with the cat on the cats level. She was good with my kids who were nervous about the cat being upset. Beats going to the vet anyday!

Fancy, the cat
Fancy and I would like to say that City Cat Mobile Pet Service is truly a great service. We are both stress free and calm during the check up. Dr. Amiee and staff are caring and professional. I do like the safety bag that Fancy is in during the exam. She will not hurt herself and the exam goes quickly and throughly. After her vit. B shot, Fancy seems much better and has a little more bounce in her step. Thank you for providing a mobile service. House calls are great on both of us.

City Cat Mobile Pet Service is fantastic alternative to care for your scaredy cat!
My cat Herc is getting on in years and was showing some unusual symptoms. It was great to have the mobile vet service make a house call and set him on the right track. Dr. Aimee Castor is very excellent and had him calmed right down even when weighing, checking blood pressure, taking blood samples and yes even drawing a urine sample. Unbelieveably stress free and she was very prompt with a diagnoses call back and even called in Herc's Meds. I Highly recommend her for basic care!!!

Awesome Kitty Care!
Dr. Castor and Becky have gone above and beyond in being continued resources to me, as a new cat owner. Throughout their first home visit, they were gentle, competent, and very knowledgeable. Since then, they have been available to me via phone and email for additional consultations on various matters, in a timely manner, and with a great attitude every time. I am so grateful to have them be my kitty care experts!

Aimee and Becky helped relieve the stress of our 2 cats when they came to our home to give them checkups and advice yesterday. Can't say enough good things about their work. They were gentle but thorough and took as much time as needed to answer all our questions. We will definitely call them again.

Aimee and Becky were wonderful. I'm a brand new cat owner, and they were thorough and thoughtful and explained everything very clearly to me. My cat was so calm after the appointment, as though nothing had even happened.

Great Experience!
I just got 2 kittens and wanted to make sure they were healthy, but didn't want to have to take them into a vet, as I feel like they're just started adjusting to my apartment. My experience was great with City Cat Mobile Service. Aimee and Becky made my cats feel comfortable and the kitties even got small toys for their good behavior. More importantly, Aimee gave me great information on how to help my kitten grow into healthy cats. I would definitely recommend!

I'm not sure who gets stressed more, me or our cats - so it's so nice to have a calm environment for all of us. Aimee and Becky are so great with soothing them and reassuring me. I can't imagine doing it any other way.

Highly recommended!
We couldn't be happier, and our two cats agree. Our 18-month-old, formerly feral cat was particularly challenging because she doesn't like having her claws trimmed. Dr. Castor and Becky are extremely skilled at handling cats with gentleness, knowledge, calmness and caring. It was so wonderful having such patient, understanding care right in our home. We'll be calling them again.

That's what a fellow doctor at a competing clinic called Dr. Castor, and after 4 visits I agree. She's super knowledgeable. I love her house call approach to treating cats. We have an older cat with expected kidney issues and Dr. Castor has really helped make sense of Pepe's treatment at this stage in his life. I highly recommend City Cat Mobile Vet Service—it's perfect for cat owners.

Excellent experience!
I was so impressed with Dr. Castor and her technician. Dr. Castor and her assistant came into our home and went right to work. They were respectful to my agitated cat and they answered all my questions. Very Happy w/service
We have a nervous and skittish cat, and were very happy with the in-home service of City Cat Mobile Vet Service. The care was thorough and careful, and we received a follow-up call with the results of blood work and some recommendations the next day.
